Neil Sanderson
(Born December 17, 1978 in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada)
Neil Sanderson is the drummer and founding member of the rock band Three Days Grace. Groundswell previously formed the group formed with singer Adam Gontier after the meeting in high school in 1992, the band spent two years at Peterborough and Norwood, met bassist Brad Walst who changed his name by the group Three Days Grace and moved to Toronto in 1998.
During stage Groundswell Neil was also the drummer with Trevor McNevan (his cousin), first band called Oddball. Band released the album 27-Shutterbug record the song in 1995.
In July 2007, when Sanderson and his wife, Janin, expecting their first child, the band took a break from the tour in order to marry Sanderson. His son was born on July 28, 2007 and is a girl named Violet.
It lists their influences as Led Zeppelin, The Doors, Tool, Portishead.
